Wavelength Swimwear accepts returns of unused, unworn, and unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please take care when trying on your items that you do not damage or mark them in any way including make-up, tan, deodorant or perfume. The Wavelength Swimwear hang must be attached, as well as the hygiene liners attached. When trying on your suit we ask that you try it on over underwear for sanitary purposes.

We believe our products are described and shown accurately on our website.

Please note that Wavelength Swimwear has the right to refuse a return if the returned item does not meet any of the above conditions.

How to initiate your return:

Please send an email to hello@wavelengthswimwear.com and in the subject line please write RETURN.

If your item is defective or incorrect:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item please contact us within 24 - 48 hours at hello@wavelengthswimwear.com and in the subject line please write FLAWED ITEM with your order number, zip code and a picture. 

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges 
We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@wavelengthswimwear.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When making your return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
